INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & EXPORT SERVICES
We work with over 140 suppliers around the world and can offer international export delivery service to any safe country. However, Deluxe Shop is currently unable to process international orders through the website. Rest assured, that is something we're working on fervently and should be available soon. If you wish to purchase from Deluxe Shop, we would be delighted to serve you. Please contact us at email@example.com to request and all inclusive quotation.
Please note though that shipping costs charged by this service will be higher than the cost of the delivery service offered via the website. Also note that the Channel Islands and Northern Ireland count as UK, not International delivery. Through our Export department we can deliver to any safe country.
In addition, many courier and pallet delivery companies now offer an all inclusive, no hassle, door to door delivery service. You may arrange shipment for yourself or ask us to organise it.
VAT AND CUSTOMS PAYMENTS - Business Customers
VAT - EU
Under UK & EU VAT Law, VAT is due on all sales to private individuals where the goods will be taken to or delivered to an address in the EU.
VAT & Customs Payments – Non EU
UK VAT is not charged where the goods are exported, and the export is evidenced, to a destination outside the EU.
Goods exported by Deluxe Shop Export Services
Where goods are delivered to destinations outside the EU by Deluxe Shop, these may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the goods is responsible for all customs formalities at importation, and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges.
The recipient of the goods, who may not be the person who has ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. In the USA and Canada, customers are sent a pre-delivery duty payment request, but in all other countries are required to pay local duties upon receipt of the order. If you're ordering goods to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they are aware they'll be responsible for these additional charges.
As we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, we are sorry that we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We would advise that you check the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering goods to be delivered there.
