Deluxe Shop offers contemporary and traditional Gifts, Homeware, Professional Catering and Event Equipment to commercial and private customer across the UK. We find professional solutions for interior / exterior furnishing projects. We cater to hotels, restaurants, new-build apartments, commercial and private clients. Our guiding principle is to source products that add value to clients businesses by strengthening corporate identity and brand. At Deluxe Shop, we see the bigger picture therefore are relentless at providing solutions that satisfy.
How it works.
- This online shop is our full catalogue. It is for generating a quotation or wish list therefore NO PAYMENT ONLINE.
- Purchase one item or a house load not a problem. Minimum spend is £25.00.
- Order by adding product/s to shopping basket and checking out.
- Once order is received by us, we'll send you a full quotation and once approved by yourself, payment is then processed.
- Through WorldPay our card processor, we accept major credit/debit cards. We also accept Cheque and Bacs payments but please note that payment needs clearing before delivery.
- Also,check availability by calling customer service or emailing us.
I just need a single item, can i buy from you?
Absolutely. Speak to us about your project big or small.
Do you have a minimum order spend?
Yes we do and its only £25.00 and this does not include courier fee.
Do I have to create an account to shop with you?
No but useful if you want to become a regular customer. Regulars receive the latest information about products, promo vouchers, discounts, etc.
I'm having trouble signing in to my account
Check that your username which is the email address used when you placed your order is spelt correctly. If you have forgotten your password simply reset it by clicking the 'Forgotten Password' button. We will then email a link for you to create a new password. Still having a problem?

Can I sign up for your Deluxe Shop newsletter?
Yes you can its very easy. Simple form is at the footer of every page on Deluxe Shop
Can I collect my order?
Yes and No. We operate a few warehouses in and around London where orders are dispatched therefore it will depend on a number of factors including amongst other things, our stock levels, your location and type of delivery service. Please contact us to enquire whether collection is possible.
Can I choose a specific delivery time or date?
Absolutely but other charges may apply depending on nature of service.
For timed next day or same day delivery, please contact our customer service team.
Do I need to be in for my delivery?
Yes am afraid. The courier will require a signature from a person at the delivery address in order to prevent fraud.
When will my order be dispatched?
This depends on which delivery service you have chosen. For all Next Day services, your order will be dispatched on the same working day, providing the order is placed before 4pm. If you place your order after 4pm or on a non-working day, your order will be dispatched the following working day. Please note that this excludes products that have a delivery time of 3 or more days (this will be stated on the product page.)
What time will I receive my order?
Standard Delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Next Day Delivery (Mon-Fri) is between 8.30am and 5.30pm on the next working day.
Next Day Delivery by 12pm (Mon-Fri) is between 8.30am and 12.00pm on the next working day.
Saturday Delivery is between 7.30am and 12.00pm.
Do I need to do anything if my delivery is large or heavy?
Some heavy goods will require pallet delivery. We'll state if this is the case. Please ensure you have the means necessary to receive this from our courier. Don't hesitate to call us to discuss such deliveries.
Can i return unwanted goods?
Yes of course please see our return and refund policy.
Do you refund the cost of postage to return?
No, we do not cover the cost of postage if you wish to return an item.
An item is missing from my order
We may have sent your items in separate parcels so please check the items have not already been delivered. If your order has been sent in different parcels then each delivery note will tell you the items you can expect to find inside. Please check the delivery notes from each part of your order to make sure you're not missing anything. If an item is missing, please email email@example.com with the order number and the missing item's name and number and we will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can.
What payment methods do you have available?
We take most major credit/debit cards but please note that there is no payment gateway on our website.
Payment by card processed via telephone once an invoice has been approved by yourself. Card payment also via Pay By Link using email etc.
You are also able to pay by BACS/CHAPS.
Cheques are accepted also. Please request a Proforma invoice from us if you are not paying via credit or debit card.
Please note: Goods can only be dispatched once payment has cleared.
Do you accept PayPal?
Am afraid not.
What currencies can I use?
As we only service customers within the UK, we only accept GBP sterling (£).
When will I be charged?
If your card is authorised, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
My payment has been declined
First please double check you have entered your details correctly.
If problem persist, please check with your card issuer that your card hasn’t been blocked and then try again.
Do you offer credit accounts?
Unfortunately not at this time. All orders need paying on a proforma basis.
